Steak and Brussel Sprout Pizza

Steak and Brussel Sprout Pizza with Pesto cream sauce
1 lb brussel sprouts- clean and half them lengthwise
4 tablespoons butter or olive oil
1/3 cup of parm cheese
garlic/ salt/pepper to taste
cook until slightly browned on med heat
Cook thinly sliced steak med well.
Make a rue add garlic and pesto.(salt, cumin and pepper to taste)
For pizza crust I use a rustic ciabatta crust (you can get at Costco) or by dough from the grocery store.
Spread sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then sprinke cooked brussel sprouts and steak. Add parm cheese. Bake at 425 for 13-15 mins. This is a family favorite
