Purchased already flattened out chicken breasts. Put a piece of cheese (whatever kind you like...I used mozzarella...OK....I used string cheese....I have also used a cream cheese and added 'seasoning' to that) 3 pieces of asparagus and seasoned with garlic pepper, sea salt and a dash of poultry seasoning.
Wrapped with pre broiled bacon (broiled in oven on hi for 4 min and flip, broil for another 4 min...it will not be completely cooked) Then baked on 350 for 30-35 min. Places on broil for 2-3 min to crisp up the bacon. Served with salad....low carb and delicious.
