Made a fun app tonight. Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeño peppers. (Too spicy for the kid, but the big kid loved it)
Halved jalapeño peppers
(Scoop out seeds)
Brown bacon in pan.
Cream cheese stuffing: you can buy pre made at Costco...or make your own. The base us cream cheese and season however you like.
*stuff halved peppers with cheese mixture and wrap with browned bacon.
Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Enjoy!
