Mushroom Soup

EASIEST "cream" of mushroom soup 
I just took a TJ's bag of "frozen mushroom medley" and dumped it into a pot and heated till soft, added about a tablespoon of flour and stirred and cooked for 5 min. Covered with chicken stock, simmered for 5 min and then used an immersion blender to purée. It was DELISH.
