Roasted Garlic Hummus

Roasted Garlic Hummus
I roasted 3 heads of garlic in the oven at 350 for over an hour...you cut the top off...drizzle olive oil and a little salt.
In food processor: garbanzo beans, a little tahini (if you have) lemon juice, and all the roasted garlic...blend and add EVOO to emulsify...
I cut up pitas and put them in the oven to serve warm
I also cut up cherry tomatoes and fried them up in some basil olive oil- but normal is fine too...I usually use cut basil also, but forgot to grab it at the market...and put hot on top of the hummus..
