Smoked Trout Dip
2 tins of smoked trout from TJ's
1/2 a cup of cream cheese
3T of horseradish
blend until smooth...I had to add some EVOO to get it nice and smooth...I cut chives and put on top for garnish...served with crackers or pitas

This dip is SO easy and it really does not disappoint...The rice crackers from TJ's pair awesome with it
