Ingredients: 1/2 a bag of frozen chicken tenders from TJ's, 2 Tika Massala simmer sauces from TJ's, 1/2 a can of creamy coconut cream, and whatever vegi's you like. I used potatoes, onions, garlic cloves and spinach and a can of garbanzo beans.
In the crock pot put in frozen or defrosted chicken, onions, potatoes, garlic, and about 1/2 cup of water...close and put on high if you start later in day...I started around noon. If you start this early and have all day put on low.
Once the chicken is cooked, strain everything and put in bowl. I reserve the juices and use as flavoring for future meals. in separate sauce pan add: Tika massala sauce (2 jars) to pan, 1/2 can of coconut cream stir in chicken and cooked veggies, add spinach ad garbanzo beans 5-10 min before serving. You can serve with Nan if you like or just eat it plain. Boys gave it 2 thumbs up. Cheers!
