lasagna rolls for kids

Kids requested lasagna rolls tonight:
Fresh ricotta - entire package
2 cups fresh spinach or frozen & thawed spinach
1 egg
1 cup grated fresh parmesan
Mix together in bowl
12 lasagna noodles- semi cooked, 6 minutes
Lay lasagna noodles on counter/butcher block
Scoop two big tablespoons
in noodle & roll.
Place in baking pan with tomato sauce covering the bottom.
Top each roll with a scoop of tomato sauce
Place in oven @350 for 30 min.
Prep time, 10 min. So easy & so delicious! 
My 5 & 3 yr. olds favorite meal.
