These Spicy Turkey Lettuce Cups were great! A little sweet, salty, spicy and crunch in every bite.
Recipe:
Heat toasted sesame oil in a sauté pan and add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until onions are tender, then add 1 lb ground turkey. Cook another 4-5 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of ground ginger, 1/3 cup of garlic hoisen sauce and a dash of soy sauce. Simmer 3-5 minutes until turkey is cooked through and sauce is thick. Serve with crunchy lettuce cups and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. My Sesame Noodles were a delicious side too!
